Journal # 17 Bonding with Nature

There are a few times that I've bonded with nature. I am going to talk about a semi-recent time. It was around the end of summer in August and I went to Florida with my friend, Mackenzie. We would ride our bikes about a mile and a half multiple times a day to this little town, Seaside, by where we were staying. It was really hot, but a lot of fun to ride you bike places. It made me feel really healthy. Anyway, we parked our bikes somewhere, and went to the beach while it was raining. It was so awesome. Everyone else was gone inside to hide from the rain, but I love rain. It was really hot outside so the rain felt so good. and it was just a really cool experience and something that I will remember for the rest of my life. We both danced around and sang songs that we love that has some sort of relevance to rain or the ocean. I would love to do that again.
On our last night at Florida, we rode our bikes to a restaurant and had dinner. By the time we were done eating it was night time, and if anyone loves night time the most it is me. Everything is so much more fun at night time usually. We rode our bikes back to where we were staying at night and it was so much fun. Then, we went to the beach and it was cool. The sound of the waves crashing and just being super happy. Mackenzie's sister and her sister's friend was also there and it was so much fun. We walked along the beach for a while and walked to Seaside ran around the city for a little bit (which we would probably get in trouble for doing, which made it so much more fun. Don't worry, though I am not that much of a rebel.) and since this was at night time I was just dying of happiness. We went back to the beach and walked back.
